Smith Farm Supply began in 1955 in Warrenton, Georgia, when Gene and Melvin Smith opened its doors with a commitment to authentic, customer-centered service.

In 2008, Warren County native Tyler Johnson took ownership, aiming to preserve the company’s values while expanding its reach. Under Johnson’s leadership, Smith Farm Supply has grown from one store to thirteen across Georgia and South Carolina.

Despite rapid expansion, the business remains grounded in its founding principles, offering each customer a welcoming, family-like experience rooted in service, tradition, and a deep connection to the agricultural community.
